3.2 “The WORST hotel I have ever stayed ” I booked hotel yah Hanoi for 4nights because of there’s a facility of spa. However, we couldn’t use spa for 3nights because of the spa has broken. We went to spa last night of stay, spa looks like a staff bathroom, very tiny bath tub and space, could be for 2-3 people to get in at same time. There is a big steps to get in and out of bath tub without anti slip mats, rails to hold on, I have got injured my back from slipping on the steps of floor. 急遽出張が決まり、いつも利用していたホテルが満室のためこちらを予約しました。

●ロケーション 空港からタクシーで30分程度。 旧市街地へはタクシーで20～30分程度。 日本人街であるリンラン通りは徒歩圏内と、ビジネスと観光を兼ねるには良い立地条件だと思います。 私以外の宿泊客は日本人が多かったようです。 24時間のコンビニ（サークルK）も500m圏内でした。 大通りから一本入った道なので比較的静かだとは思います。 朝方はバイクのクラクションが時折聞こえましたが5Fなのでそこまで気にはなりませんでした。

●サービス 3泊程の滞在でしたが、滞在時に出会ったフロントの方は日本語が喋れる方で、総じて感じの良い方でした。 滞在中は特にトラブルはありませんでしたが、何かあったときに日本語が喋れるスタッフがいるのは安心だと思います。 日中部屋に戻った際に清掃係の方とはちあいましたが、その方も感じが良かったです。

●部屋・ホテル内 部屋はワンルームで小綺麗でした。 ベッドの寝心地も問題なし。 デスクは広めなので滞在中仕事がしやすかったです。 アメニティも必要最低限は揃っているので特に困ることもありません。 トイレはウォシュレット付きなので大変有り難いです（これは結構重要） テレビは起動がかなり遅く、説明書が無いので操作がわかりにくいのですが、日本のTV（3局程度）も見ることが出来ます。

シャワーはバスタブが無いタイプですが、最上階に大浴場（サウナ付き）があるので汗を流してゆっくりと湯に浸かりたい時にはそちらを利用していました。

●食事 朝食は別料金、夕食は無料サービスのカレー、夜食は無料サービスのおにぎりとタクワンと味噌汁があります。 おにぎりは炊き込みのようなご飯で、日本で食べるのと遜色のない美味しさでした。 朝食、夕食は利用していませんが、1Fの食堂は清潔感がありました。

●総評 大変コスパの良い日本人向けのホテルだと思います。

Hotel for Japanese Guests ● Location The hotel is about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport and 20–30 minutes by taxi to the old town. There’s a 24-hour convenience store (Circle K) within 500 meters. Located one street off the main road, the hotel offers a relatively quiet environment.

● Service During my 3-night stay, I encountered front desk staff who could speak Japanese. Overall, they were very pleasant and accommodating. Having staff who can speak Japanese provides peace of mind in case of any issues.

● Room & Hotel Facilities The room was a clean and tidy studio. The bed was comfortable, and the desk was spacious, making it easy to work during my stay. Basic amenities were provided, and I didn’t encounter any issues.

The shower did not include a bathtub, but there’s a large communal bath with a sauna on the top floor.

● Meals Breakfast is available at an additional cost. Dinner features complimentary curry, while late-night snacks include free rice balls, pickled radish, and miso soup.

My first room had a sewage smell in the bathroom that became overwhelming in the morning, and at least one cockroach. I was eventually moved to another room and didn't encounter any further problems.
