Wow, so bad. Went to the 4Ps in the Old Town back in 2017 and it was amazing and I've raved about it for years. This was absolutely terrible.
Classic case of a restaurant over-expanding and the quality dropping through the floor. They messed up our pizza order multiple times, asked if we wanted them at the same time and then brought them out at different times anyway (so why ask), ran out of eggplant, and then kept bringing out the wrong pizzas (3 times) so that we had to eat 30 mins apart (because when they made the wrong pizzas, instead of getting a new one out quick, it went to the back of the queue).
Servers pretend like they're giving good service but really felt like the whole waiting staff was undertrained and underexperienced, didn't understand their own menu and were so confused by the "half and half" that's advertised on the menu. All we wanted were two pizzas, it's not rocket science. Shocking meal, so disappointed. Being in a shopping mall it was full of screaming kids too. I hope 4Ps in the Old Town is still good because this was awful, please do...
Read moreThe food was great, just a tad under-seasoned if anything, but the desserts are all really good. The drink portions though were super small for that price and they only give you barely half a small cup of drink if you ask for no ice, so it's literally all ice. The servers were so nice and helpful. I booked a table on my birthday but couldn't make it due to a flood so I had to reschedule, so it wasnt my bday anymore but they still gave a free dessert with "hpbd" on the plate. Compliment to this one waiter named Trung Đức, he was awesome. Oh and I would have to add that they have these chairs that are like 2 chairs joined together at the back. They're the worst chairs ever. Because you're sharing a chair with a stranger sitting at the table behind you and everytime you move your back they feel it and vice versa and you can't move your chair bc someone else is also...
Read moreI'm pretty fan of them just in case. Pizza 4 P's was the one of the best restaurant until 2019 in my opinion. But I got pretty disappointed with them on this time.
Firstly, some menus got sold out even 6:30pm at Saturday. We had to choose another one.
Secondly, we ordered two drinks with some menus waiting drinks for over 20 mins. Then soup has been arrived to our table before drinks coming... It was pretty thirsty that even no water for 20 mins.
Thirdly, two ordered that we got sold out then we had to choose another one again...
Staffs outside has been arguing with someone like conflicting. We were watching it from inside uncomfortably having dinner...
I feel that 4 P's got something different before Covid. I hope that they will improve manner, hospitality, order of...
