I had an unpleasant experience when I visited this branch for lunch. My first impression came from the security guard, who seemed very relaxed, likely because the restaurant receives a high volume of students during lunchtime. In fact, about 80% of the customers when I was there were high school students stopping by after school. Additionally, delivery drivers were frequently coming in and out.

The girl at the counter who took my order was polite, but the atmosphere behind her was far from pleasant: the manager was constantly yelling and outright mistreating the employees. The wait time for food was also quite long; both dine-in and takeout customers had to wait at least 15 minutes, indicating that the restaurant struggled to manage the lunch rush effectively.

As for the food, the chicken was decent, and the drinks were refillable, but the salad was terrible. I could barely take a single bite, the vegetables smelled sour and rotten, and the dressing tasted like it was expired. I felt like I might get food poisoning if I continued eating it.

Overall, I left the restaurant feeling conflicted. While the junior staff were friendly and the guard was laid-back, the manager’s behavior and the awful salad left a negative impression. Perhaps a takeout order would offer a better experience, but my visit was...

I absolutely loathe the limited parking space here. Even when the restaurant has fewer than 5 customers the space is already full! If you decide to come here with a motorbike, prepare some change and drive for 500 meters or something to the basement of the building to park.

On to the food, the quality has never been consistent. Someday it's too cold, too chewy or straight up terrible. But their latest wasabi chicken is delicious. The chicken is actually just the spicy variation of their cajun chicken sprinkled with wasabi powder and black sesame (which add nothing to the chicken). The real MVP is the wasabi mixed with mayonnaise dipping sauce. Anything dipped in it becomes phenomenal, even their terrible soggy fries.

Lần đầu trải nghiệm ăn gà Pop eye thì thấy gà ngon và tươi hơn khá nhiều so với một số thương hiệu khác, nếu đi vào ngày trong tuần còn có combo giá rẻ nữa, khẩu phần ăn cho 1 combo khá vừa vặn, ăn đủ no, có cả gà tẩm ớt. Thời điểm mình vào là giờ trưa, cao điểm đặt đồ ăn, thấy shipper đợi rất nhiều nhưng ngạc nhiên là mình không phải đợi lâu lắm, các bạn nhân viên còn giao đồ ăn tận nơi, lấy nước cho luôn ( mình ko đc trải nghiệm này ở các cửa hàng khác), đánh giá rất cao độ chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện của các bạn nhân viên. Nhược: nói đi thì cũng phải nói lại, góp ý mang tính xây dựng nhé. Đầu tiên là nhà có vẻ khá bẩn, các bạn nhân viên có vẻ chưa lau sàn, thứ hai là nhà vệ sinh khá ối zồi ôi luôn, mong các bạn cải thiện một chút. Cuối cùng ko liên quan lắm là cửa hàng có treo mấy cái tấm quảng cáo cạnh dàn đèn, gió thổi khiến chúng xoay. Mình ngồi ngay dưới thi thoảng lại thấy có một cái bóng từ sau đến, giật mình quay đầu lại thì ko có ai, hoá ra bóng của cái tấm quảng cáo (nói chung mình thấy nên gỡ quách nó xuống hoặc dán lên tường thì ổn hơn) Vẫn rate cho cửa hàng 5*, hy vọng các bạn sẽ duy trì phong độ...
