Absolutely loved my experience at Hops & Chops! 🥩 The steak was cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, with great music that makes it perfect for a night out with friends.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the selection of craft beers and cocktails was a great surprise in Ha Long. 🍷🍺

Our first and only restaurant in Ha Long Bay! We’d worked up an appetite after a long day of adventures. All of the restaurants near our Airbnb were either sketchy or closed early which was a bit strange considering it was Valentine’s day. It almost seemed like a ghost town. Then we found Hops & Chops. Frankly the only restaurant looks legit in the bay shopping district. Other restaurants either look sketchy or really empty without diners. Surprisingly the food is really good, especially the burger and the pork chops. I highly recommend this place. The Russia boss is also very friendly and allowed us to swap out one burger order to the chop after seeing what other customers ordered.
