it took them 58mins to serve the starter platter, it's a special combo or something. We chased a few times and the servers walked inside without explaining anything not sure if they followed up. the beef pho was terrible. the beef tasted like jerky, way too chewy and the rice noodle was not cooked thoroughly (very hard) when it's served and turned soggy in 5mins. the soup was very oily as well. the only thing that's ok was the sake and it also took them 10mins to just pour it out when the restaurant was not busy AT ALL and we got 3 servers passing the food to us. terrible experience and also overpriced compared to other...

Here me out when I say this: after 1 month in Vietnam this is BY FAR the best restaurant I’ve been to. The others were great, sure, but this one, oh my god! We’ve been twice and ordered the same things, meat stuffed eggplant (the best of the best) and the combo number 1 (best spring rolls in Vietnam, amazing white roses, great pork skewers, best salad, best sauces etc… the best Vietnamese traditional platter in my experience. The staff was very nice, we just didn't like the Pho Ga very much. It was very oily and fatty, like the chicken had been deep fried for some reason. Usually Pho Ga is very fresh and feels healthy. Also, the tea was kind of expensive and although it looked really pretty, it tasted like water basically. Everything was pretty expensive by Vietnamese standards, probably about average for this touristy area though

I'm sure their other meals are great, and maybe you will like the Pho Ga if you're looking for...
