We recently had a wonderful experience dining at The Soul restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Lan from the F&B.From the moment we arrived at Breakfast on first day of our visit, Lan demonstrated a remarkable level of care and attention to our specific dietary needs. As a vegetarian family with particular vegan dietary requirements, it can often be challenging to find a restaurant that fully understands and respects our preferences. Lan, however, went above and beyond to ensure our meals were prepared exactly as needed. Each morning, she remembered our dietary preference and made sure everything was perfectly arranged by the time we arrived for breakfast.

Her level of professionalism, combined with her genuine care, truly enhanced our experience and left us feeling valued and supported. After some really quick starters, which tasted really nice, we had our main courses. I ate with my entire family, and ordered the egg-noodles with chicken. After the food arrived, I was delighted with the taste of the noodles, and the chicken as well. After eating the first piece of chicken, I was happy with my order. When taking a bite of the second piece, I was not. I noticed the raw meat, and spat it out. The waiter apologized, and got me a new order. I had no appetite left, so I didn’t eat more. After my Mom almost finished her entire noodles and chicken, she noticed another piece of raw chicken. I’m just glad we didn’t eat outside in the dark, so we noticed. Only time will tell if we get sick.

We were looking for somewhere in Hoi An to celebrate my birthday dinner. We saw this place based on recent reviews of how good the food was, the ambience and the service. They were not wrong! We showed up with a birthday cake, and no booking. But the staff were so so accomodating to us. We sat in the garden underneath numerous lanterns and it almost felt like we had a private dinner all on our own. The food was really good, highly recommend the taste of Hà Nội dish too. The staff even sung happy birthday to me which was super lovely. Our server who spoke a little English (I forgot his name) was amazing and ensured he got our orders right and checked up on us the right amount of times.

I am happy to have celebrated my birthday dinner in Vietnam under lanterns in the warm climate with great food, and an amazing atmosphere. Thankyou for your great customer care and service Soul...
