The cafe is nicely decorated inside and out, with chill and relaxing music playing. The owner is kind and friendly as well. I liked a lot of things about this cafe except, well, the coffee.
I got the first item on the menu, a coffee at 50k that was recommended by the owner. At this price, and on the owner's recommendation, I was excepting something of high quality. Instead, I got a disposable pour over filter with pre-ground coffee, and instructions on how to brew it myself. The setup was cute, but the coffee did not bloom and tasted a bit stale. When mixed with the included condensed milk and poured over ice, it all became very watered down.
Maybe I just got unlucky with bad batch of grounds/filters. Still, at 50k, I'd expect freshly ground coffee, and I don't see any way around it being watered down when making as instructed. I feel it's quite a shame though, as everything else about the cafe made it seem like a very nice place to...
