I had the most amazing dining experience at Chic Chillax in Hoi An! From the picturesque outdoor dining experience amongst the beautiful rice fields to the mouth-watering smoothies, everything was perfect.

The drinks menu had something for everyone, from refreshing fruit smoothies to indulgent cocktails. It was difficult to choose just one, but the Chic Chillax Signature cocktail definitely hit the spot!

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I enjoyed the locally-sourced seafood, which was fresh and flavorful. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, recommending dishes and explaining the ingredients in detail.

The outdoor dining experience was the cherry on top of a perfect evening. It was so peaceful and serene sitting amongst the rice fields with the breeze gently blowing. It felt like a truly special and unique experience.

I was truly disappointed with my recent visit. The drink prices were already high, but what shocked me the most was how the restaurant handled an incident. I ordered a cacao, accidentally spilled it, and immediately ordered another one, fully paying for both. However, when the bill came, I was surprised to see that they also charged me for the broken glass itself, without saying a single word.

As someone with years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, this was the very first time I’ve ever seen a place charge guests for breaking a glass, and worse, doing it secretly without informing them. This is not a street-side stall, it claims to be a proper restaurant.

To make matters worse, when I messaged their fanpage to raise my concern, the reply was careless and dismissive, as if customer complaints are irrelevant. Clearly, they don’t care about guest experience or loyalty.
