Wow, the mastery of artisanal coffee production at Tri Long is unmatched. Long pours his passion and expertise into making the highest quality coffee, which of course starts with roasting the freshest, highest quality beans sourced from the central highlands in-house. His sister Loc even offered to roast me a fresh batch if I ordered at least a kilo. I opted for a smaller batch this time but will definitely be back to get some arabica roasted by this master craftsman. They also sell espresso machines on premise. My partner and I spent some time learning about the roasting of the coffee beans as well as the variety of beans that are then blended for use by this brand. We were then given lessons on how to create our favourite types of coffee. I made egg coffee and my partner made salt coffee. Both are unique to this region and were delicious.
