NOODLE House by STREETS — Restaurant in Hội An

Noodle House is an absolute must-visit in Hoi An! On our very first night it was just a short stroll from where we were staying, and days later we were still thinking about it. We didn’t know the story behind this place until we sat down, and it truly added to the experience. The whole team was so lovely and welcoming! They even took the time to explain each dish and the condiments when they served them—a small but thoughtful gesture you rarely get back home. We ordered the Fresh Local Seafood Noodles (so fresh, you can really taste the handmade noodles) and our toddler absolutely devoured them. The caramelised eggplant and tofu in the claypot was another standout—so simple, yet cooked to perfection. To finish, we were offered the crème flan… wow! Honestly one of the best desserts I’ve ever had—even though I’m not usually a dessert person. For only $3 AUD, it’s incredible value for that level of quality! Great concept with delicious food. It was a bit of a trek since we were staying on the other side of the river but it was SO worth it. The entire concept is great with it being designed to help at-risk youth get experience in real tangible skills. Our server was somewhat new but she was a great addition to the experience and even better, the mentor was nice and helpful for both her and us.

The noodle flights are also a cool idea with a LOT of food for a nominal price. You get three different types of noodles, with three different sauces and different veggies etc. Each noodle was clearly handmade and all of it was very tasty.

This is a wonderful restaurant. It is very modern, clean and has unusual decorations/furniture. The service was fabulous, the staff repeatedly came to talk and help me. The dishes were delivered very quickly and were exquisite. It was a really tasty and satisfying experience. The restaurant is part of a charity foundation that helps provide opportunities for disadvantaged youths to learn a trade. A trainee works at the restaurant, learning about the business and was very supportive and helpful to me.
