This restaurant sells live seafood so is not cheap compared to other Vietnamese seafood restaurant. Prices are shown clearly on the water tanks. The king crabs are at least 2 to 3kg.

We ordered the king crab meat cha gio, grilled prawns with chilli salt and fried crab with garlic sauce. The cha gio is not tasty because the ingredients smelt strong of the crab meat. Maybe can marinate the ingredients so it will taste sweeter since it is an appetiser. The next two dishes were disappointing because the prawns came grilled but without the chilli salt seasoning, and the crab came with a yellow sauce, maybe butter. I'm not sure but it was too sweet and creamy that my girlfriend couldn't eat anymore.

Mình và nhóm bạn (7 người) đến ăn tại Hải Sản Hoàng Gia nhưng trải nghiệm khá thất vọng vì các lý do sau: • Món ăn nguội: Khi đem lên bàn thì nhiều món đã nguội, không còn giữ được độ nóng hấp dẫn của hải sản tươi. • Sốt phô mai ngấy: Mình gọi món có sốt phô mai nhưng vị rất ngấy, ăn một vài miếng là cảm thấy ngán. • Phục vụ thiếu chuyên nghiệp: • Khi đem nồi cháo ra thì không có vá múc, nhóm mình phải yêu cầu mới được đem ra sau. • Găng tay thì chỉ chuẩn bị đúng 1 cái cho 7 người, tụi mình phải xin thêm, gây bất tiện. • Khi góp ý về đồ ăn thì nhân viên tỏ thái độ khó chịu, không lắng nghe khách. • Cua nâu không nên gọi: Thịt rất ít, không đáng với giá tiền. • Gia vị nhạt nhẽo: Nhiều món nêm nếm khá nhạt, thiếu điểm nhấn. • Ra món rất chậm: Phải chờ lâu mới có đủ các món.
