What I'd expect from a Highlands Coffee. This location has upstairs and downstairs seating, with an outside balcony area on the 2nd floor.

Free indoor motorcycle parking at the back is really convenient especially when it's raining.

Would be nice if the staff understand better English, however it might just be my accent that they have problems with. I won't take a star off for that.

WiFi works as expected.

I nearly took a star off for the indoor advertisement boards. I want a chilled ouy atmosphere when I get a coffee, not advertisement screens next to my seat. It really kills the mood.

Background music was good. Seemed to be chart hits.

Đã từng uống rất nhiều chi nhánh Highlands nhưng hôm nay là lần đầu tiên gặp tình huống này. Mình order 3 ly nước được bạn nhân viên cho vào khay cẩn thận, mình vừa quay lưng mang khay nước đi ko may vấp phải bậc thang thế là đổ luôn cả 3ly ra sàn, một bạn nv nhanh chóng lấy đồ dọn, mình quay lại order lại 3ly mới thì bạn bảo ko order lại rồi đưa cho mình thẻ số khác báo đợi làm lại, đến lúc mình hỏi tính tiền thì bạn bảo ko tính. Mình ko rõ đây là do bên phía Highlands training hay là do ý của nv, nhưng có lẽ đã để lại cho mình một ấn tượng rất tốt. Mặc dù 3 ly nước ko đáng bao nhiêu, nhưng hơn hết là do mình sơ ý làm hỏng, vậy mà các bạn lại sẵn sàng phục vụ làm lại free. Chỉ muốn nói là cảm ơn rất nhiều.
