I came on a Sunday morning, expecting a large crowd but it was surprisingly easy to find good seats as they have two spacious areas (with their own parking lot). The food and coffee was pretty decent. I ordered an iced mocha, a Vietnamese milk coffee, and a granola croissant (as shown in my photo). As it was a weekend, I had to accept a livelier atmosphere than usual but at least I had a great view of Landmark 81. The time of service was long, though, due to the excessive number of customers. The only thing that put me off was that some people were smoking heavily. Even though we sat in the outdoor area but if there was no ashtray on the table, it meant you should not smoke at all, especially in a place surrounded by kids. Vy was a delightful, helpful & pleasant server who spoke excellent English. We so enjoyed her company. The Pearl Milk Tea (Tra Sua Tran Chau L) was a cold milk ‘bubble-tea like’ refreshing drink (d58000). We also ordered a Coconut Milk drink (d45000) that came in a Coconut shell with lazered writing saying ‘Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’.
