Isushi Trường Sơn Tân Bình — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Upon my arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, my girlfriend whisked me off to iSushi Trường Sơn Tân Bình, just minutes from the airport — a thoughtful move to ensure I wouldn’t arrive hungry after the flight.

Stepping inside, the restaurant greeted us with an elegant yet relaxed ambiance, ideal for unwinding after travel. At iSushi Tân Bình you’ll find an impressive Japanese buffet where each dish is crafted like a work of art — beautifully presented, generously portioned, and decidedly refined.

We were treated to sushi and sashimi that tasted incredibly fresh — indeed, the menu is celebrated for its fresh seafood and abundant variety.  One highlight was their steak — we believe it was premium Australian Wagyu — rich, buttery, and absolutely delicious. And despite the upscale presentation and quality, the prices were refreshingly reasonable.

If you find yourself in Ho Chi Minh and craving authentic Japanese fare near the airport, this spot is a strong choice. One note from my girlfriend: the branch at iSushi Diamond Plaza offers even smoother service, so it might be worth trying that one if service speed is a priority for you.

To get the negatives out the road first although tables were empty, it took at least 10 minutes for the staff to clear the tables and have us seated. Secondly, the salmon sashimi that we ordered had a bone in it see the video. Although the theatrics looked cool, with the sashimi. thirdly, one of the barbecues in the table behind us the extractor fan had a high-pitched sound coming from it, which was really annoying down to the positives the nigiri was pretty good I really like the green tea. The California roll was interesting somethings I’ve never heard before would’ve given more stars if it hadn’t liked in those areas...

Mình ăn bên này vài lần, chưa lần nào tệ như lần này. Tức là những lần trc ko hẳn hài lòng nhưng ko quá tệ. Những lần trc có chị quản lý lớn tuổi, chị cũng take care rất ok, hôm nay ko thấy chị.

Hôm nay mình đặt bàn trc rồi mới đến, nhưng khi đến vẫn ngồi đợi như những khách chưa đặt bàn, đợi 20p ko thấy đc vào bàn, mình mới hỏi bạn nam ở quầy thì được bạn trả lời: "bàn thì có rồi nhưng tụi em chưa dọn kịp". Dù lúc mình tới là khách vừa đi, 2 bàn ko dọn, để đến khi chờ khá lâu, mình hỏi thì mới bắt đầu đi dọn, dọn bàn rất chill chứ ko gấp khi có khách đang đợi, và chắc 30p đứng đợi ngay cửa mới đc vào bàn. Mình đi 5 người, chọn menu buffet 649k(cao nhất, và được order toàn menu). Tuy nhiên, các bạn nhân viên nữ ở đây ko vui chút nào, có cái gì đó lấn cấn rất khó chịu. Order cho mình lần đầu xong lên món dần, nhưng ko cho mình phiếu order, đợi mình nhắc mới mang ra, nhưng mang ra lại là phiếu buffet 549k (phiếu này ko có menu sashimi và thịt nướng premium), 1 xấp nhưng ko có tờ nào là menu của 649k????? Mình hỏi và yêu cầu mới mang ra đúng cho mình 1 tờ, và giải thích bằng cách như là mình ko nhìn thấy tờ phiếu phía sau, nhưng thật ra là ko có (vì mình đã check trc khi yêu cầu cung cấp). Order lần nào cũng ko thấy các bạn "dễ chịu". Tụi mình mỗi người tính ra hơn 700k/người, nhưng dịch vụ nhận lại ko bằng ở 1 quán bình dân. Lúc tính tiền thì thêm sự việc nữa là bấm bill sai, check tất cả trên app là 3tr693k, nhưng khi qua máy post quẹt apple pay thì lại là 3tr963k. Mình thấy hơi lệch về bàn coi lại app thì thấy sai và tới quầy yêu cầu kiểm tra lại mới được refund, nếu ko để ý là.... haizzz Nói chung hôm nay fail từ đầu đến cuối. Và tuyệt đối từ nay mình sẽ ko quay lại tất cả các chi nhánh của Isushi thêm 1 lần nào nữa, dù mình là thành viên của Golden Spoon từ những ngày đầu chuỗi mới...
