Service: 1/5 We visited without a booking and were clearly tourists who spoke only basic Vietnamese. Although I may look Vietnamese, I don’t speak the language fluently - I was doing my best to communicate in both English and simple Vietnamese. Unfortunately, instead of patience or support, the staff seemed to mock us and exchanged funny looks. It left us feeling quite unwelcome, which really put a damper on the experience. However, they tried their best to fit us in without a booking.

Food: 2/5 There’s a huge variety of dishes on offer, but many weren’t restocked halfway through our dining time. While it’s great to have options, it’s disappointing when some trays remain empty for the rest of the session. The sushi, MOST sea snails, hot food... this wasn't restocked regularly or at all.

Atmosphere: 3/5 The restaurant is large and spacious, which is nice. However, children were running around the dining area with little supervision, making it tricky to navigate while carrying plates. It would help if this was managed a bit better.

Overall, Poseidon has potential, but I personally found the experience lacking - especially in terms of service and hospitality. The food was fresh though!

This buffet restaurant can be a bit hit or miss. I’ve visited four times now, and my experiences have varied. On this visit, I noticed the food was restocked less frequently and some of the seafood was left cold. They used to serve abalone on previous visits, but when I asked about it this time, I was told they no longer carry it. On the positive side, the staff are very helpful. They’re willing to bring dishes to your table, which ensures certain items stay hot and fresh when eaten. Mình đã có một trải nghiệm buffet trưa rất ưng ý tại nhà hàng Poseidon Buffet ở Vincom Plaza, Thủ Đức. Dù thời gian buffet trưa có hơi ngắn nhưng chất lượng món ăn lại rất đáng tiền.

Điểm cộng lớn nhất của quán là các món ăn được lên liên tục và rất đều, đảm bảo quầy luôn đầy ắp để khách thoải mái lựa chọn. Đặc biệt, hải sản ở đây rất tươi ngon. Từ tôm, cua, ốc đến các loại cá, tất cả đều chất lượng. Mình đặc biệt ấn tượng với món sốt phô mai béo ngậy, khi ăn kèm với hải sản tạo nên một hương vị cực kỳ hấp dẫn, rất "cuốn". Tuy nước không kèm vào vé nhưng các bạn có thể lấy trà sữa ở quầy tráng miệng nha, siêu ngon ạ, quầy tráng miệng làm rất chỉn chu, đa dạng.

Các món gỏi và thức ăn nhanh không hợp khẩu vị mình lắm 😖 đúng là nên ăn hải sản thoi ạ. Có nướng tại bàn nữa nhưng không có thời gian nên mình không sử dụng.

Không gian quán sạch sẽ, nhưng có một điểm trừ nhỏ là các bàn được sắp xếp khá sát nhau. Điều này đôi khi gây bất tiện khi di chuyển để lấy đồ ăn, đặc biệt là vào giờ cao điểm.
