HORRIBLE service and food.
Staff was clearer disinterested in even being there. Minimal effort of showing us to a table when we arrived. After asking multiple different staff about showing us to a table, all told us different instructions. Ended up just entering anyways to ask the staff near the dining area. We asked if we could sit just anywhere but were told that the restaurant was full. We were standing by 2 empty tables as we were having this conversation. Confused, we pointed and asked about the empty table we were standing by and they finally said we could sit there.
We were given 1 menu, but we asked for 1 more as we were a group of 3. They said they only had 1 english menu (strange for a place full of tourists). We also had to take our own orders on the clipboard handed to us. Signalled to a staff nearby that we were ready to hand in our order. He was busy collecting the bill from another table and said he would come back when he was done with that. But he never did. Waited some more for another waiter to walk by but to no avail. We finally signalled another man we mistook as the waiter (he turned out to be a construction worker nearby) and he helped us call the waiter over to FINALLY collect our order.
We ordered 2 mains, 2 sides and a drink for the 3 of us. As the food all came together, they handed us a set of cutlery. We were confused as to why there was only 1 set of cutlery for the 3 of us, so we asked the waiter where the rest of the cutlery was. He picked up the 1 set of cutlery that was already on our table and pointed to it saying "isnt it here?" We were extremely confused at this point and said that there were 3 of us (trying to have him realise that OBVIOUSLY we can't all be sharing 1 set) and he says "so do you need more?" Tell me this isn't most brain dead conversation ever. After waiting EVEN more, they finally came back with 2 more spoons (not 2 more sets of cutlery) and so we asked if they had forks/chopsticks since the initial set of cutlery given to us was a set of a spoon and a pair of chopsticks. He looked at us confused again and asked "but you're eating rice, why do you need forks?" Doesn't matter WHY we need forks, why would they question a customer about something so trivial???? We explained that we needed the fork for the side dishes as well. He finally went again to find some forks. The amount of time it took for them to make the 2 trips to get the spoons and forks seemed like they had to search far and wide for them. And the way they handed the spoons and forks to us was extremely sarcastic, insinuating that we were were demanding customers.
Rice were burnt and clumped together like rocks, had to spit them out little by little every mouth we took. Hong Kong Salted Egg Chicken barely had chicken (only skin and bones), also had to spit out the bones every mouth we took (refer to picture that shows how the actual chicken dish looked like a bunch of leftover crumbs collected all together) Boba tea had weird black specs in them (refer to picture)
Noticed that there were no tissues/serviets around. Heard we even had to pay for it.
Staff were just standing or sitting around empty booths chatting or playing on their phones or smoking. Seemed like they had no interest in being there or entertaining customers. Always seemed impatient or sarcastic.
With how inattentive they were I'm sure they would not have noticed if we dined and dashed. And with how little they cared, I'm sure you can just enter to take pictures of the place and leave without having to experience dining there with the bad food and service. Another one of those restaurants where without the interior, there was no substance at all.
I advice all to skip this place or if social media has really gotten you interested, just walk in freely, take your...

At first glance, Oasis Coffee looks like paradise. Unfortunately, the illusion disappears as soon as you interact with the staff – mostly surfers who seem more interested in their phones than their customers.
I sat upstairs at a table with no menu, so I had to walk to another table to find one. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to take my order, but three staff members walked past without acknowledging me. Eventually, one came over only after I insisted.
The menu says you should write your order on a slip of paper, but there were no pens or papers on the tables. The waiter told me they don’t serve the section I was sitting in, and that I’d have to watch the downstairs counter myself to see when my food or drinks were ready. Then, I’d have to collect them myself. In other words: you do their job for them, but still pay as if they’re providing full service.
I moved to another table where service was supposedly provided, but was handed a dirty, wet piece of paper to write my order on. There was also a dirty tray left on my table for over 30 minutes.
When my first drink finally arrived (15 minutes later), the second drink was missing. When I asked about it, the server looked completely lost and didn’t even remember my order. He also asked if I’d received my fries (I hadn’t). This is basic stuff – two drinks and one portion of fries with cheese – yet it seemed beyond them.
After another 15 minutes, my second drink arrived, followed five minutes later by the fries. The Mango Passion Fruit Soda was excellent. The fries? Disgusting – cold, with cheap powdered cheese. I didn’t even finish them.
Safety here is also questionable. I saw a child fall into the water between the deck planks, and one of the servers slipped while serving, spilling everything into the water and onto customers (the poor guy hurt himself, too).
I also witnessed multiple customers complain about receiving the wrong orders or being overcharged. The staff corrected it, but it’s still unprofessional. Always double-check your bill. If paying by card, they add a 4% surcharge – so bring cash.
When I asked to speak to the manager, the man pretended not to speak English, despite having just spoken it fluently to other customers. Another server confirmed he was the manager. When I called him out for lying and told him my review of this place, he just smiled.
As I left, I saw the staff laughing among themselves. I have video proof from my Insta360, and I’ll be posting it on my TikTok and Instagram (@migitraveling).
Honestly, I don’t understand how this place has a 4.5-star rating. Maybe the reviews are fake, or maybe people only come for the pictures. If that’s your goal, fine – the location is stunning. But if you care about service, professionalism, and quality food, avoid this place. The staff are rude, inattentive, glued to their phones, and will not serve you unless you sit where they want. Expect long waits, bad food (except for the drinks), and an overall...
Read moreWhere do I even begin. We came after hearing all about the "vibes" and the "Instagram-worthy atmosphere." And sure, it looked nice... but that’s about the only thing it had going for it.
It was absolutely swarming with people. You couldn’t take a single photo without at least 12 other people in the background, and it was nearly impossible to even move around without bumping into someone or almost falling into the koi pond.
Then came the chaos. We were told to change tables four different times — with no real explanation. Some menu items (clearly labeled as local Vietnamese specialties) were outright unavailable to us because we were tourists — the menu had written on it that they weren’t “suitable for international tastes.” We came to Vietnam to try local food. I do not want to eat spaghetti bolognese or spanish chicken in vietnam.
The entire place was disorganized: tables left dirty, staff clearly stressed, and the same narrow walkways being used by both servers and guests trying to get a decent photo. It felt less like a café and more like a circus with no ringmaster.
The highlight of our experience was that we ordered five meals for five people. Four (BELOW AVERAGE) dishes came out. The fifth never did. We asked at least five times where it was. We were told it was coming, give it five more minutes, it was being checked on — only to be told two hours later that the kitchen had "lost the order" and it had been canceled altogether. No apology, no solution, just… "oops, here's the bill."
It’s a popular spot that was clearly understaffed, but there’s a difference between being busy and being negligent.
Yes, it’s pretty. But no amount of aesthetic is worth this level of frustration. Don't waste your time...
