Very disappointing experience. We went to this vegetarian restaurant expecting a peaceful meal, but the service was absolutely terrible. Despite ordering well before other tables, we watched multiple groups who arrived later get their food first. We waited over an hour and only received two small side dishes and a plate of cold fried tofu.

The food was not worth the wait — it lacked flavor, and the tofu was cold and soggy when it finally arrived. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, and there was no apology or explanation for the delays.

Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. The service quality and food definitely do not match the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re okay with being ignored and served cold food after a long wait. My first time here and I absolutely regretted it, will never come back! Don’t waste your money here.

It's disappointing to see such a lack of accountability, and I felt it was important to clarify my experience thoroughly. While I do understand that I visited during peak hours on a full moon day, it’s important to note that as a customer, I was still accepted into your restaurant and expected a certain level of service, regardless of the situation. As a service provider, it’s your responsibility to ensure that every customer is attended to and receives the best possible experience, even during busy times.

Additionally, I’d like to clarify an issue regarding the timing of the orders. The table next to me, who arrived after we did, received their food before us despite ordering the same dish. This was not only confusing but also frustrating, and I felt it highlighted a lack of organization in the kitchen and service flow.

Lastly, regarding the fried tofu, I want to emphasize that I did not order a hotpot. The tofu was not listed as an add-on for any hotpot dishes on the menu, so I find it difficult to understand why it was served in a manner that could only be enjoyed with a hotpot. Had this been communicated clearly beforehand, I would have understood the reasoning, but as it stood, it was an unpleasant experience. It was clear that the server didn't take time or even bother to explain this matter to me.

Lovely coffee shop Excellent and simple design . The seating area on the first floor could be a little raw for the youngsters. Coffee is also great, they emphasis farm to cup, worth supporting… Can add a little touch to attract young people, they should love it. May be some simple cakes but need to show it in a more prominent way, a lot of coffee shops now also use this as an attraction. May also consider some simple but good food for lunch ….
