Phuc Long Coffee & Tea — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Poor service and incompetent staff. Was asked if I was having in or take away, I said have in was still served a very frothy coffee in a tall takeaway cup. Coffee was burnt. The staff also cleared my table as I went to the toilet without asking if I was done and at the same time knocked my motorbike pass to the ground which I then had to search for. When asking the staff had they seen it, they just shrugged and didn't bother to help.

Pros: drinks, in particular, the teas are good. Maybe a little too sweet for some, but I’m not much of a coffee drinker, so it’s ok for me. Phuc Long drink prices are affordable.

Cons: staff is not so friendly as other reviewers have stated. I’ve heard a couple staff members make comments about me before of being a foreigner because my accent isn’t Vietnamese. There’s no need to make comments about customers while you’re working or when the customer is there either.

Also beware that this location is almost always busy including with delivery drivers....

A typical range, although very often incomplete, of the chain products and services. The Momo terminal was most annoyingly not operational at the time of my last visit 👎

UPDATE: Remains a joke. For more than a month they don't have COFFEE BEANS. None. Nada. A coffee shop without coffee beans. For more than a month.

The answer to all questions is "out of stock" while neighbouring Phúc Long coffee shops have full stock. The management of this particular shop...
