Pizza 4P's has carved out a unique niche in Ho Chi Minh City's vibrant culinary scene, and my recent visit to their Thiso Mall location was a testament to their consistent quality and innovative approach to pizza. While the experience wasn't flawless, it was undeniably memorable, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The ambiance, as always, was a key factor. The Thiso Mall branch, like its counterparts, exudes a modern, minimalist aesthetic. The open kitchen, a hallmark of Pizza 4P's, allows diners to witness the chefs' meticulous craft, adding a theatrical element to the dining experience. The warm lighting and comfortable seating create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, making it suitable for both casual gatherings and special occasions. However, the sheer popularity of the restaurant can sometimes lead to a slightly cramped and noisy environment, particularly during peak hours, which slightly detracts from the overall tranquility.
Service at Pizza 4P's is generally commendable. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They readily offer recommendations and are quick to address any concerns. The pacing of the meal was well-managed, with dishes arriving promptly without feeling rushed. However, during particularly busy periods, the staff seemed slightly stretched, leading to occasional delays in drink refills or table clearing. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall service experience was positive and contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Now, let's delve into the heart of the matter: the pizza. Pizza 4P's is renowned for its commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients, and their pizzas are a testament to this philosophy. The crust, a perfect balance of chewy and crispy, provides a sturdy foundation for the generous toppings. Their dedication to using homemade cheeses, sourced from their own dairy farms, is a significant differentiating factor. The menu boasts a diverse range of pizzas, from classic Italian varieties to innovative fusion creations. While I've sampled a variety of their offerings, the 5-cheese pizza remains my absolute favorite. The harmonious blend of mozzarella, parmesan, gorgonzola, ricotta, and camembert creates a symphony of flavors that is both rich and nuanced. Each cheese contributes its unique character, resulting in a complex and satisfying taste profile. The creamy texture of the ricotta and mozzarella contrasts beautifully with the sharp tang of the gorgonzola and the nutty notes of the parmesan. The subtle funk of the camembert adds a layer of depth that elevates the pizza to an exceptional level. The crust, perfectly charred and blistered, provides a delightful textural contrast to the molten cheese. This pizza, in my opinion, is a masterpiece of balance and flavor, a true testament to Pizza 4P's culinary prowess.
Beyond the pizza, Pizza 4P's also offers a selection of appetizers, salads, and pasta dishes. The burrata salad, another popular choice, is a refreshing and flavorful starter. The creamy burrata, paired with fresh tomatoes and basil, is a classic combination that is executed flawlessly. The pasta dishes, while not as iconic as the pizzas, are also well-prepared and showcase the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients. The seasonal specials, which often incorporate local ingredients, are also worth exploring. The drink menu features a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails, as well as a range of non-alcoholic beverages. The wine list, while not extensive, offers a good selection of Italian and international wines that pair well...

Quietly, stashed away among the throngs of Thiso Mall, Pizza 4P’s isEverything you’d wish of a culinary icon. The restaurant is famous for its synthesis of Italian tradition and Japanese precision to what comprises proper eating of artisanal cuisine. I recently visited this notable place and cannot put into words how amazing it was; I feel obliged to give it my all five star review.
Atmosphere and Ambiance When I walked into Pizza 4P’s I was enveloped in an understated elegance. The restaurant’s modern, yet rustic color pallet of warm lighting and an effort put into the layout that intrigued you to bring a little bit of comfort and a little bit of sophistication to everything. The open kitchen concept where one could watch chefs tackling pizzas in wood fired ovens was a dynamic, interactive layer for dining.
The restaurant established the texture juxtaposition and rich flavors as their perfection.
In addition, the Four Cheese Pizza was pure indulgence, as the flavours of the mozzarella, parmesan, blue cheese, and camembert melted together in perfect harmony. The drizzle of local honey added a sweet, accented the umami depth of the cheeses creating a savory balance of sweet and savory. The restaurant's attitude of doing something better than anyone has imagined is paid to the smallest detail.
Conclusion Pizza 4P’s at Thiso Mall is more than a restaurant but it is a sanctuary for those who love gastronomy without boundaries. The HA is a culinary gem to revisit due to its harmonious blend of the exceptional food, impeccable service and inviting atmosphere. Every detail occurred with the artistry of its pizzas and with the warmth of its staff which I guess lingers in memories for a long time.
