Too many new associates (I think), they don't know what they were doing. We have been waiting for 45 mins for our food to come, asked 3 times with no response and finally the last time where we said we not going to wait for the food anymore and just get the bill. Thats's when a manager take action and go look for our food. I think is ridiculous for a customer to wait for the food that long, especially is the combo lunch. Not fancy things at all. Everyone who order after us are eating their food already too (we explained to them 2 to 3 times and it seems no one care) Food not bad, just overall wait time and services needs massive...

This restaurant is the worst in Tokyo deli system. I called for reservation but they always refused and only received the reservation after 8PM. Thay said that when we came we must waiting. When I came, many tables had reversed but time out for more than 30mins but the manager don’t rearrange for many guests are waiting. If it have another restaurant in the area, i will never come...
