Good location, great and excellent service. However, for this price , I highly recommend everyone to just go and eat at pizza4p. The price of menu here is too expensive and inflated. The pasta we ordered were lukewarm and not hot. Truffle taste is non existent in truffle pasta. Usually, I always spend around 1000k+ per meal at pizza4p but with the price at truffle co, I can get a lot more of what I can eat at pizza4p. Also the price is on high end side(almost same el gaucho/ moo beef steak) furthermore there were no bread served as starters, which is surprising for the pricing
However, good for cocktail and snacks, 10/10 cocktail, but bad for overpriced pizza, pastas and appetizers.
I can not sugar coat it but I hope the team can take these feedback into consideration and maybe illustrate larger portion size/ use more premium ingredients, or reduce your price, it is considered at the high end of pricing in terms of Vietnam’s cost of living. With the price of two pasta dishes,1 appetizer and 2 drinks, , we can go to cuuvanlong and eat unlimited seafood and pasta and sirloin steak and snails for 2 pax . Therefore the cost to performance value needs to be reevaluated. I hope my feedback can help to bring in more positive changes.
I want to visit truffle&co again, trust me. But the price does not justify the spending for the selection at truffle co. I could just spend a little more and just go to MOO beef steak.
An additional note: Maybe you can differentiate your unique selling point by including the use of real shaved black summer truffles or white truffles from Europe sources and I do not mind paying for the topping, and so far there are only truffle oil as ingredient.
In summary I hope that the review can be studied and I give 3 stars for the above...
Read moreHas the opportunity to dine here on 28th of June. Had high expectations coming in seeing the extensive menu and a truffle specialized spot.
The meal itself was incredibly disappointing. We ordered as a family a wagyu salad, smoked salmon salad, seafood aglio e oglio, truffle steak diane, truffle spaghetti to name a few dishes amongst what he ordered tonight. The wagyu steak on the salad was extremely dry and hard to the bite, and the seafood aglio e oglio did not even resemble an aglio e oglio with incredibly dry pasta and flavour. The truffle spaghetti was alright but under- seasonsed. The best dish of the night was the truffle steak Diane which was cooked well, however slightly under seasoned and though I was given the option to have the steak cut in advanced to bringing to the table or have it uncut, I wanted it uncut and brought out whole and it was still pre cut though given the option…
The most disappointing aspect of the night was how staff forgot about the wagyu risotto my sister ordered and was only brought out after we reminded staff. It was explained to us that the chefs were still making the dish, and that the table “was full” and so they were waiting for us to clear more dishes to bring the dish out though it was communicated clearly at the beginning to bring out dishes once they were done. This was highly unlikely as the dish was served a long time after the steak Diane, a dish that takes a much longer time to prepare. It was evident that the dish was rushed, as the risotto is incredibly watery and mushy and the steak on the risotto shown below, was requested as medium rare and came out well done grey on a few pieces.
A very disappointing...
Read moreA beautifully curated dining experience. Truffle & Co. in Phu My Hung delivered a quietly luxurious meal that unfolded like a well composed symphony. Dining as a table of six, we shared eight thoughtfully crafted main dishes, beginning with a Caesar salad and a selection of soups that set the tone for what would be a remarkable evening.
The lasagna was superb deeply flavorful, layered to perfection, and richly satisfying without being heavy. The seafood pasta was equally refined, with each element delicately balanced. We also enjoyed a wood fired pizza and several other dishes whose names I could not recall, but each was brilliantly prepared, elegantly presented, and full of flavor.
A non-alcoholic mojito added a refreshing note to the meal, and the desserts were exquisite. We shared five in total, including a truffle gelato that was subtle and luxurious and a perfectly molten lava cake. Each dessert was distinct, memorable, and clearly made with care.
Service was gracious and unintrusive. The ambiance is serene, modern, and ideal for those who appreciate culinary excellence delivered without pretension. Every detail from plating to pacing was handled with elegance. Truffle & Co....
