The hotel is very far from airport and city Center. So I was expecting a very good hotel room and services in view of the inconvenience location & the amount I paid for 3 nights (can easily get a nice boutique hotel in city Center with even cheaper price). Now, the story starts. The gentleman at the reception wasn’t so welcoming us and giving us kind of annoying face when we check-in at the hotel. No welcome drinks were served, but it’s okay!

The room floor was very dirty with hairs on it. We used to remove our shoes when we stay in hotels, but in this hotel I need to keep on reminding my kids to put on their shoes whenever they are not on the bed!

There’s no tissue in the room. What you have in tissue box is something like kitchen towel but very hard, which can be as hard as gift wrapping paper!

We booked two rooms for 3 nights. One of the room toilet got clogged and water flooded…. The gentleman came up and got the toilet unclogged, thanks him for that but my father went in the toilet to clean up the mess after him! WHAT SERVICE is this???

The morning when we were about to check-out and found out that the dish washing liquid is soooo SMELLY! Lucky we only want to use it when we are leaving if not it can really be a nightmare to me!

At last, I don’t see any of the staff wearing hotel uniform and I wonder how did they get a 3...
