Two Guys Bistro — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Came for lunch on Sunday

Seating - There was a family gathering so there was only the high table available indoor. It was not the best table for dinning. Moved outside, it was hot

Tableware - fork was annoying flat. it's awkward to use

Noise - I had headache from the high level of noise - the room was not well designed (eg could do w more soft material to dampen the noise)

Food Fries: we ordered 2, hand cut style, size S and M. They were both smaller than we had expected. 2 guys sauce was the fav (we tried mustard, 2 guys, truffles). Unlimited sauce refill was great - happily get as much sauce as possible on every bite

Pumpkin salad: imbalance amount pumpkin (could be more), chicken (too much) and salad (also not enough)

Beef stew: beef cube should be a tat smaller. it was under season. lacking salt and the umami/depth that you usually get from a stew

Drink Good amount of options both wines and beer Overpriced...

So on a Thursday evening I tried this place and this is my view Ordered a medium size fries with jalapeño sauce- top notch taste and size is descent.. I will say it was more like potato wedge but no complaint. Price is descent if not bad Ordered their own blond beer.. expensive for taste of beer Ordered a chicken sate and I will say taste was not good at all, it taste bland and it came with no sauce. First time in my life I got a sate without a sauce.. they should include some sauce if not special then ate last give your regular fries sauce Ordered a waffle for takeaway and by the time I reached home, it was a stone that I can use to hit someone, flavor was not bad although Need to try one more time to see if this place is worth or just an overpriced foreigner owned shop that overprice in name...

I have been coming to Two Guys for a couple of years. It is a beautiful restaurant that specializes in European style food from Belgium. It has partnered with a Mexican restaurant next door also. My favorite aspect is how delicious the food is. They serve high quality meats, fish, vegetables, and desserts. Tonight I had Pesto Chicken Pasta and Asparagus. It was fabulous. They serve fresh juices, smoothies, beer, wine, or cocktails. The ambiance is amazing here with excellent service. You can eat indoors or outdoors.
