Came for dinner on 9 Oct at about 8;30pm for dinner. There were two other tables occupied when we arrived. As usual, the security guard was polite to open the door and greeted. We ordered our food and was promptly served amidst some music which is not suitable for a Japanese restaurant. As we were eating, we realized that the staff were preparing for closing and started to chat among themselves. It was not a problem for us until the chatting became louder and also the noise from the kitchen cleaning up the pots and pans, making very irritating cluttering noise. Up to a point where the environment became like a wet market or a street side store, we quickly forced ourselves to eat faster and left Yen. However, the quality of fish tasting is not firmed and freshness. Service needs to improve. Employees are not checking my tables with four people during eating. They should frequently come to our table and asking how is food. Employees standing at prepared food station and looking at their smart phone. But service was bad, they don’t even put water or tea on the table until so we sat there ignored and the iPad ordering is slow and irritating
When I asked them to just bring beer to the table they insisted on bringing another iPad and that I fill it out - lady if I want to sit with my head down on an iPad I’ll stay home and order in for a fraction of the cost
