The review below is based on me having hotpot at this restaurant, and cannot be applied to all the dishes that are served here. Food Nothing special, the broth tasted ordinary, not worth the price The beef were very tough, hard to chew The hotpot costed a lot, yet only came with a tiny amount of beef and fresh vegetables Refilling the broth for the hotpot costed money apparently?? As the hotpot costed almost 500K vnđ, refilling should be free, plus they didn't gave us much broth at the beginning. Expensive as hell? They charged ~200K vnđ for an extra dish that came with a small amount of beef, a handful of soft, sad, cold fried potato and some leafs. Throwing in a lot of veggies to make up for the lack of meat, I believe. Service Snail-slow The waiting time took up most of the time we spent here. Staffs kept gossiping loudly and dancing nonsense right behind customers' backs, in the middle of the restaurant might I add. Didn't put out dry tissue paper unless the customers ask for it? It's like they were trying to force people into using wet tissue paper that the staffs threw rudely on the table previously, which costed...

If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Quan An Ngon is a must-visit spot. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the rich aroma of fresh herbs, simmering broths, and sizzling dishes. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of traditional dishes that cater to all tastes.

Service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance feels warm and inviting. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. If you’re looking for a taste of Vietnam without leaving the city, Quan An Ngon is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for food lovers seeking...

This chain seems to be reputable, but I didn't find the food here remarkable or anything. Definitely pricey, though.

However, there is a lively and charming ambience to it that makes the place unique. The long tables allow different parties to sit side by side without the use of separators.

The service seems snappy, but they are in fact understaffed. The staff is busy running around taking/delivering orders, so don't expect someone to be watching out for your table (unless you are a...

Quan An Ngon at 25T2 Hoang Dao Thuy is always a reliable favorite whenever we’re craving authentic Vietnamese food. This branch, like the others, never disappoints. The menu is packed with classic dishes done right, full of flavor and served in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Service is quick and friendly, and the setting feels both casual and polished. It continues to be a go-to spot whether you’re introducing visitors to local cuisine or just want a comforting Vietnamese meal done well.
