We had a wonderful lunch experience near the historic site of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. The restaurant was surrounded by lush greenery, which added a peaceful and authentic local atmosphere. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — especially the local specialties like goat meat and crispy rice.
The staff was polite and attentive, and despite the heat of the day, the service was smooth and quick. The setting was simple but clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the shaded seating area that offered a lovely break from touring.

The fried vegetables in garlic ended up being a pile of morning glory and the aubergine salad was a plate of very thin aubergine soaked in some sort of vinegar/chilli dressing (very overpowering flavour).
