I don’t throw this word around often, but the pesto pizza was excellent. Perfectly prepared, not too oily, the pesto was on point and the bread fluffy and delectable. I wouldn’t change a thing and can only hope the pizzas made this way consistently.

Nice glass of wine as well, beautiful ambiance and the bug spray on the table was a thoughtful touch.

I liked the pesto pizza so much that I decided to go back on my last night. The pesto pizza was cooked completely different with less pesto, more cheese and maybe even thicker bread. The pesto also tastes competent different. As someone who owns a pizza restaurant, I can’t tell you how disappointed I am as I was more than excited to devour such a perfect pizza. I’ve reduced the the rating from a perfect 5 stars to 2 stars. So sad.

good, though not perfect. the cheeseburger with bacon wasn’t juicy enough for me, however the patty was quite big. the duck burger was interesting, but duck might not be the best choice for a burger - it was a bit dry and hard to chew since it wasn’t a patty but actual chunks of meat.

the fries were delicious, honestly, i haven’t tried better in Ninh Binh so far! they would be even better with a sauce that pairs well with the burgers, just an idea hehe. we ordered beer, but it arrived about 10–15 minutes before the burgers, so by the time the food came, the beer was almost warm.

Waiter was nice, but with very limited english, what is very common thing here in Vietnam. The order was messed up: we ordered 2x cheesy fries, one with no coriander. We received both without it meat in the burger was pork, no beef as it was supposed to be and as presented on the top of the taco (which was the worst taco of my life btw.) was balsamico, which is not indicated in the description in the menu
