Terrible experience in Phu Quoc. We ordered two bbq dishes and the staff came back and said they ran out of Beef Ribs. Then she recommended another one, which turned out to be okay.

Here comes the disaster: we wanted to experience the genuine bbq where you have the grill in the table centre. However they set up the grill next to the table so I asked him to put it ‘on the table’. Then he explained we could not because the table was not for the bbq. There were plenty of other bbq tables, then why hadn’t they guided us to move the table when we ordered meat in the first place? But he come the worst part.

While we were nearly finished with the first dish-which took around 20mins already-the other dish was still not served. I asked the staff and it turned out they did not place my order. I told him to check the kitchen but he never came back to us and we had to wait ‘forever’. I called him again and asked for the bill because there is no way i waited for 30mins for the bbq. They could just serve it right away when the order is place because it does not need to be cooked.

Since I asked for the bill, they never gave me the bill nor served the other dish.

At last I had to go to the counter to get the bill myself.

This is the best hot pot & grill restaurant my boyfriend and I have ever been to, located on the main street of the city but the price is very reasonable, the space is very airy and very eye-catching when passing by. The staff is very cute and hard-working, although there are many customers, they still care about their customers, especially Xuan, who is very kind, enthusiastic and hospitable, thank you for always supporting and making us comfortable, whether it is a small shop or a restaurant, they should have a staff like that, there are many foreign customers who do not understand Vietnamese so they mistakenly think that the staff is shouting but in fact they have to speak loudly for their teammates to hear and have to work with smoke and fire so a slightly unpleasant reaction is inevitable but with customers they always say yes and try to meet every request. 10/10 for the chef's taste, the taste is delicious, we always wow when we eat a piece haha, the meat and seafood are very fresh, I think it is worth the price and will recommend to more friends. We had a wonderful dining experience here. We stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring the area and decided to give it a try after seeing the positive Google reviews.

Most of the seating is outdoor, with one air-conditioned room available. We opted for the outdoor seating to enjoy the laid-back, holiday atmosphere — and it didn’t disappoint.

The two of us ordered beef, prawns, and enoki beef rolls. The flavors were satisfying across the board. What really stood out was the use of a real charcoal grill, which gave everything a rich, smoky aroma.

Service was excellent — a staff member helped grill everything for us and even peeled the prawns. She was polite, attentive, and patient throughout, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My husband and I were both very pleased and grateful for her hospitality.
