Been scrolling through all the negative comment here, so I already prepare myself about the worst experience, but I still give it a try. And turn out this is a FANTASIC memory that everyone shouldn't missed when visiting Aquarium. It worth every single penny. I attached here the view from my table, not gonna lie. (it is a shame that I cannot add a video cus it was a very very nice one). And a detail sharing below, since I believe this place derseve better commment, and us tourist deserve to know the FULL info. FOOD: they only selling set menu (1 entrée, 1 soup, 1 main of choice, 1 dessert, 1 drink) at 2 price levels: 900,000 or 1,500,000 Vietnamdong pax. I ordered the 900,000 one. The food just average - my shrimp salad is fine, the soup is fine, the steak is juicy, but the sauce and mash potato have a thin layer on top - maybe they was prepared in advance. But the dish was not a tasteless, or ice cold from the fridge thing (and not a Michelin star restaurant stuff, yes sad but true). I am a picky eater, but this is fine to me. VIEW: Make sure to emphasize which table you want to sit so the staff can check the availability first - since this is what worth the money. I asked to sit next to the shark tank, or I will walk away bc the food itself not worth that much. Since the restaurant was quite empty, the staff let me freely choose where I wanna sit. So, my best advice is to avoid the rush hour (lunch time, fish-feeding show, mermaid show) since the restaurant would be packed by people. I came around 3.00PM-ish in weekday, so perfect timing for the best table. And by finishing my course, it was around 4.45PM, and I am the only guest there. STAFF: They are fine to me. Supportive enough - however I guess because I am able to speak Vietnamese, so there is no language barrier here since they seem not confident with their English. However, I overheard the next table where the staff was kind enough to take care of the baby when his parent enjoy the meal, and they still using English. After the meal, they gave me a VinWonder cap, and when seeing me truggle with holding it, they offer the bag to put all of my stuff together. So yeah, to me they are...
Read moreBad service restaurant pretending to a fine-dining eatery. For the price you pay, there is zero service. It felt like we were being rushed to finish our meal the whole time when we were there. Food was not good, definitely not worth the price you paid for. We were still having our mains when the waitresses suddenly served our desserts and were reluctant to return them when told to do so. I wonder was it because they were trying to chase us away before the 2:30pm feeding show started. We entered the restaurant at around 1:30pm, with two grandparents, a two year old, a two month old infant and my wife and myself. The crew again served the desserts without us requesting for them, with melted ice cream on biscuits, which I am quite sure they just brought back the ones they served earlier on. Definitely would not recommend this awful place to anyone. Your money would be better spent on the restaurant on the second level instead (although we did not patronize there. But surely it has to be better...
Read moreThe food was good (set menu), the view was very nice, but what ruined our experience was the service and the stuff, they didn’t welcome us properly and it seemed like they got very pissed off when they knew that we have dinner booked and paid for already with our tickets (they scanned it more than 3 times), they wanted us to order the food while standing on the door then go sit on the table as if we would run away (they didn’t let us to sit on the table near the aquarium although it’s empty), snd they don’t speak English properly. Overall this restaurant is only for watching fishes experience while eating...
