Sim Bar — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

This place is dirty, unpleasant and with bad service. Please have someone take care of the quality and cleanness. There should be at least one more person at service here. While seating at the bar you won’t be serviced, you are asked to order ar the counter and wait in the line. Same with tables that are around. Everything is sticky and dirty. Has not seen cleaning cloth for days. After two days at the resort this is probably the lowest service experience here and on the island. Language barrier is obvious, but this can be explained, however lack of trying to keep it tidy and providing decent service should...

직원 태도에 문제가 있어요. 음료 주문하니 직접 가져가라해서 황당해 하고 있으니 옆에 직원이 가져다 준다하네요. 직원이 4명인데 ... 뭐하나 모르겠어요. 아무리 눈 마주칠때까지 기다려도 손들고 흔들어도 주문받으러 오지를 않아요. 풀장옆, 해변가 옆 바인데 .... 거기까지 오지 않고 손님이 가야 한다니 .. 직원이 4명인데 ...

읽어볼수 있는 메뉴판도 없고, 화면은 후딱후딱 넘어간다. 관리가 안되는거 같다. 호텔 직영이 아닌가? 테이블도 지저분하다. 풀에서 놀다 뭐 먹을라 치면 아쉬움이 남는다.

그리고 오징어링은 맛있었다. 감자튀김은 쉣 그런데 TV메뉴 사진이랑 넘 다른데? 이정도면 사기아닌가? 내 오징어링은...
