IT WAS SO BAD. Eleven of us went there and we all ordered bidenbap, 7 with beef and 4 with pork. But when we "finally" get our food, there was no sliced beef, no carrots and no mushrooms as it supposed to be. All of our rice were burnt on the bottom, so we had to chew the burnt hard and brown rice. Also, there was no taste at all. The service was more than bad. We wanted to eat together. Yet, they brought 2 at a time. So we had no choice but eat it while the others watch when the food was still hot. I was here with family and two American friends for dinner on Feb 05 2020, 8pm. The menu is fairly expensive which is expected being in the tourist area - no complain with that. The major downside of the place is the customer service. I don’t want to go into detail of what kind of service we received but we feel that if it’s not improved, more of less than satisfactory rating will follow. This food is delicious, better than our Wyndham Grand hotel across the way. We went with the 290kD all you can eat BBQ and it's amazingly delicious. Better cuts if meat than we get in the UK. But it's more than the meat, the salads and the other dishes that come with it are of a really high standard. It's clear care and attention has been given to the food. Finally the staff.
