Cafe LuBu — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

This place is definitely NOT designed with tourist in mind, none of the staff appeared to understand English.

I was looking for a place to plug in my laptop and get some work done, this was not it. They don’t have even one 3-pronged outlet. The WiFi however was remarkably fast (+1 star).

In terms of food, the omelet was okay, but the coconut they served was warm, ‘pretty disgusting in my opinion.

They serve an iced jasmine tea upon arrival wish is a nice refreshment whilst you wait for your food, which is generally quite quick.

I had the banana pancake and omelette Banh Mi there twice and they were both delicious, but depending on the time of day the dishes are slightly different based on ingredients left...

The tables are shabby chic nestled amongst trees and plants helping to create a relaxed atmosphere. The music is a sort of Vietnamese/house which will appeal to some, but not all, it's not so loud that it's a distraction.
