Lang Ca Voi Guesthouse — Hotel in Phan Thiết City

With a villa price for 1 night of 3,7m, we should have chosen a better place, but because we saw that the reviews on Google Map were quite good, we decided to try, but everything made us very disappointed. Upstairs in each room is extremely dirty, the same in the bedrooms, moreover the swimming pool is the dirtiest, there is a lot of sand down there and also the leafs, I think it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. We put a high expectation for this guest house thanks to high star reviews so that we are a little bit disapointed with what it is in reality. The room we booked at first is far below the standard for a 50 USD per night accomodation. We switched to another room which is more comfortable, but still below the 50 USD standard. The staff in the place is not really friendly so we are not comfortable with them. The owner does not stay there so I think this place is not managed very thoroughly. The water in the pool is not very clean and we are not comfortable to use it in everyway. The pool seems only is used for selfie and photos and not really for us to swim there.
