Serve breakfast lunch. Fresh salads, I saw breakfast pancakes served during lunch that looked very good . Caprese salad , unsweetened peach tea , wine, champagne , mimosas, along with choices of sodas . I had the warm goat salad and added chicken , other choices of protein , salmon , shrimp to any of the salads ,extra cost . The dressings are always served on the side and a slice of olive bread and butter. Fries were served hot , generous portions and the club sandwich was stacked . The patio has several tables covered by umbrella, inside there are a few tables, the bathroom was very spacious , comfortable, home-like! A ramp from the sidewalk up to the restaurant for those unable to use the steps , free street parking . Server came around to advise those parked if they needed to move it due to street sweeper . Saturday lunch very busy. Wait list sign in at door. 45 min to closing, was able to get seated served for party of 5. ! Great service. Karen is personable as are the other staff. They didn't rush us. Favorite lunch restaurant, service and food never fails. Karen, or server is the best and she adds a lot of personality, always look forward to how she decorates for the season, holidays!

I usually go here for breakfast and I've always enjoyed my meals. Fresh food, hot coffee, great service, and reasonable prices. Yesterday was the exception however. I went for lunch and ordered a albacore tuna melt on a croissant and a chicken melt. The tuna was really fishy most like it was just the tuna and not a tuna salad mix. The fruit as you can see from the picture was not fresh. Maybe because I went towards the end of the day?? Strawberries and cantaloupe were past their point, if they don't have fresh fruit just say so, have it subbed for something else instead of serving the last of it. the chicken. Sandwich was good but the toast was pretty burned. We were hungry when we got there so we ate the meal but in future I'm sticking with their well known breakfast and go early to get fresh fruit. I still like this place, I'll just skip on lunch.

I've been coming here for years, this is one of my favorite places to get breakfast in the entire southbay. From the staff to the food this place hits it consistently and I've never had an issue here. I usually get the Benedicts here and add a Wildflower stack which are amazing, the Wildflower stack is always stuffed with berries and is never dry some of my favorite pancakes anywhere. They make their benedict perfect here with just the right amount of hollandaise sauce not overpowering the other ingredients. The staff is always attentive and constantly checking on you and now with Covid they've implemented many more safer aspects to enjoy your dining experience. I love their patio perfect place to people watch on PCH. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a decent breakfast spot in the Southbay area!

Had breakfast here. They dropped the Veggie Scramble so we had the whole wheat pancake stack which comes with regular syrup or for $2.50 more you can get real maple syrup. Tasty, but could have benefitted from more texture. Coffee was excellent and endless. Parking on site consists of one compact spot, one regular spot and one handicap spot. There is a large ramp for wheelchairs. Otherwise, curbside parking on the street. Good selection of items for breakfast and lunch. Great service. There are a few vegan options for lunch which we didn't try. There are bathrooms inside and service animals are permitted. We look forward to returning for lunch.

regular diner food quality, nothing special or worth it to wait in a 20 min waitlist for. i promise you, my pancakes were box mix and just -alright. The waiters were very sweet but trust me, save your money, you’re better off going anywhere else. I can’t say much else about this place other than the food just being okay but I wouldn’t even come her for a quick bite a lot of these reviews are either untruthful or have not had good enough food to know this is just okay. If you have a more open taste palate this will taste just bland to you. I paid 15.13$ For strawberry chocolate pancakes

Small indoor seating area with a larger heated patio. We received great service and weren’t rushed to conclude our catchup with friends. The bloody Mary's were deliciously spicy. The menu is large with a good variety of foods for breakfast or lunch. We all ordered breakfast from burritos to croissant sandwiches to pancakes and everyone enjoyed their meals. Pictured is the breakfast sandwich on croissant with no meat. The portions were just right for almost everyone to finish their meals. We would definitely visit this place again.
