Veterans Park in Redondo Beach. I love beach cites, and Manhattan Beach is my favorite preference. However, I was in the area, so I stopped by to complete my Zoom meeting. What a better place to do some business. Usually I have my chair and tent in my car during the summer as I like to stay beach ready. After my Zoom meeting was done. I decided to go for a stroll and get some rays of sunshine. I saw a visitor trying to take pictures of himself and adjusting his phone on the trash can for a selfie, so I offered to take the pictures for him. I was planning on walking in the sand on getting my feet wet but once I walked on the sand, I figured I would use this time to do my grouding(look it up). So I walked to the water and enjoyed mother nature. While I love the beach I don't all the sand so good thing thoer are beach showers in located by the restrooms. When I went back to my car to dry and moisturizer my feet, I noticed my feet were softer, and that only happens when I'm in the Atlantic waters I'm still shocked because Manhattan Beach has NEVER left my feet feeling so soft. I just...

NO DOGS IN THE PARK! This review is for walking AROUND THE PAR, external appreciation of the park. I see homeless ok in the park, like most of LA. They like all populations I have seen vary from to the people I speak with and are lovely to the ones it may be best to avoid. The walk around the park is wonderful, relaxing, and fun people watching. I walk my dog here at least 1x a week. Hopefully my dog walkers bring her while I'm at work. The external highlight of the walk besides my dogs smiles is when you see a pod of dolphins, hear the seal Lions bark as they Bob in and out of the water. It's an excellent place to forget the days and just let your mind wander as you take in the amazing view...

I go on Mondays because Dan Oasis does a food give away from 5 ( only on M) local markets and less on Tuesday to Friday. Then he takes the rest to the Salvation Army on Beryl & Catalina. Then on Saturday & Sundays he goes to Venice Beach. I try to periodically give Dan a little cash for his gas expenses. This man has a big heart looks upon this as his personal ministry! Usually there by 8:30AM and is gone in less than an hour. Bring your own bags and boxes and pick up your area, he spends too much cleaning up after the people that come to take. I like helping out people l know that are struggling to eat and take 3-4 bags home...

This is where i had my first open water dive! It was such a great experience for me. We went as deep as 47 feet in our wetsuits. There seems to be a lot of parking even in the weekend, but i think it was just because it was raining and we got lucky. Dont forget to pay for your spot using the floor markers as reference. You can also download the "PayByPhone" and use the reference location code to pay for the app remotely. The steps are also not very tall, so it is much easier to climb up or down even when you have all your gear on you. About halfway up the stairs, there are showed that you can use to either rinse yourself or your gear off.

Happy 4th of July!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!! First time celebrating at Veteran's Park-Redondo Beach in-laws got there super super early and saved the perfect location for us all. Right up in the grassy Park area between the playground and the spectacular Oceanview of the Pacific and steps away from the beach area. Frontrow seat to the even more spectacular fireworks display. Crazy part was the very cold weather!?!? Some of us cowards ended going to the cars and watch them from inside, crazy Fun time had by all will def be back next year God willing G O D B L E S S T H E 🙏 U S A 🙏
