I had the worst Nandos experience ever!!! I ordered a quarter chicken meal and a roll to sit down. The roll I received with the meal was not fresh at all, extremely stiff. I asked them to bring me a fresh roll with butter, and from that request is where it all went down hill. It took 13minutes for them to bring me a roll and butter, which the roll again was over warmed in the microwave so in minutes of cooling down it became rock hard. In the meantime while waiting for the roll and butter, the meal obviously got cold. The service staff kept on asking them over and over, "where is the roll and butter" no response. I called them and told them what happened and they haven't called back from that time.
