Smoke House — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

I got to have a lunch date here at their restaurant for the first time and it was quite enjoyable. It was during the week so it wasn't as crowded and that gave me time to really get to see the restaurant space fully. The environment was very neat, I noticed every member of staff was either cleaning or making sure every other table was okay even though it wasn't their assigned table. Our main waiter was Tobias/Tobias(😉) and he was such a delight. Followed our orders to a T and was helpful when necessary. The food was good but a bit bland for my liking. I know pasta is only seasoned to a certain "taste" and then we add our provided salt and pepper but I would have liked for it to be more creamy and seasoned. Can't complained about portion size at all, it was very filling and I was impressed that they gave little complimentary banana chips as well. The drinks were actually strong! I thought I could handle five or more but right after the third one, I knew I couldn't continue to drink the cocktails. This restaurant is easily accessible by public transport and is a few minutes drive from town. This is an outdoor restaurant located on the second floor of the hotel.
