Nando's Fife Avenue — Restaurant in Harare

our visit to Nando’s fife Avenue was marked by long waiting times, poor hygiene, slow service, dismissive and angry attitudes from the staff.

We waited in line for close to 20 minutes and the cashiers were extremely slow. It took them forever to serve each customer. After finally paying, we went to our table to dine in and found dead flies on both the chair and table. We waited for close to 30 minutes to receive our food. The restaurant was cool and inviting. All Covid protcols were exercised, social distancing, wearing masks, hand gel at the door and the best for me handwashing stations. In this regard Nandos has always led as they already had handwashing stations before Covid 19. The rest of the industry should certainly follow. Well done guys. Disappointed by the service I got at Nando’s Fife Avenue today.

Firstly the tailor served people who jumped the que first and I had to ask her why she was doing that when we came first?

2ndly when I got home my order 213 was not what I ordered and paid for by Boujee * 2 was missing.

Usually you are spot on, but today was disappointed by the poor service.

Orders where also being written on a small piece of paper and where not...
