Nando's Speke — Restaurant in Harare

My experience was very bad imagine I always buy my quarter chicken and chips at Nando’s Joina city Speke almost twice a week ,but to my suprise today 27/09/23 Time 21:30pm when I bought quarter chicken and chips and a juice I took a straw and was asked by a cleaner why I was taking that straw,to me it shows you are not training your workers how come he just bully someone he doesn’t even know ,may be now are days you are employing people varikubva kunofudza mombe please treat us as humans if those straws are being sold just remove them on that counter ,the reason we are leaving other competitors in your field you should honour that .This is totally unacceptable if you can think how many people you are treating like that on a daily basis you will be amazed on how many clients you are loosing...

Surely Nando's can do better;

Please stop serving raw meat - I was hesitant to try Nando's because I expected this, but doing so disappointed me further. The chicken I was served was still bleeding.

Please correct the prices on your Menu - I was charged an amount that didn't reflect the amount on the Menu. I called management and their excuse was that 'the new Menu Boards would come from S.A'. Regardless of the lazy excuse, no action was taken to compensate me for my loss.

Nandos has always been my to go place but it seems the standard is falling. Quite disappointed. The rice I had today wasn't nice at all, I wanted spicy rice, and the spicy was missing, and it wasn't tasty at all.... my order had an extra, that was cheese, I didn't check when I was leaving, just got home and realised the cheese was missing.., however, the veggies were really nice..... I hope there will be an improvement the next time I will decide to...
