Windward Bay Beach is located in English Harbour within close walking distance of Pigeon Point Beach and it falls within the Windward Estates. The Beach or rather the area is lined with seaside grape trees on the shoreline with a somewhat rocky and rough shoreline. There are stark contrasts from one end to the other, rough on one end and calm on the other with small rocky pools hosting tiny fishes and other marine life. The white sand is a little coarse and the corals are visible at times (demonstrating the sand formation and in some instances the fusing of sand into rocky plates). The beach is somewhat secluded and quite popular with sunbathers, campers and snorkelers.

The waters are quite good for fishing especially of the shore from a vessel of some sort since the nearby rocks coupled with the strong marine currents reeks havoc on the fishing line.
