Upon entering this charming French-inspired restaurant in Antigua, I was immediately captivated by the elegant ambiance and warm atmosphere. The decor exuded a sense of sophistication and authenticity, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience.
The menu offered a tantalizing selection of French-inspired dishes that were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a culinary delight, showcasing the chef's skill and dedication to creating memorable meals and drinks. After I stopped drinking alcohol several years ago, I notice that not a lot of restaurants cater to people who abstain from alcohol. This restaurant did quite the opposite, they had an extensive mocktail menu with thoughtful ingredients like ginger, lemon grass, bok choy etc.
What truly set this restaurant apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The waitstaff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect for our family.
Overall, this French-inspired restaurant in Antigua exceeded all expectations with its delectable cuisine, inviting ambiance, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience on the beautiful...

Our waitress Felicity was amazing. Such a beautiful personality and wonderful customer service. She ensured that she explained the menu and even offered to take our group photo and made us laugh and smile. She was prompt with serving us and checked in to make sure we were ok. The bar tender was also divine, he ensured that the drink was mixed to our liking, and even apologized for taking long which we didn't even notice.
Unfortunately, the food was sub par. The salad dressing was actually salty, the fries were cold and soggy, the chicken breast was bland, there was neither steak sauce nor hot sauce. The bacon slab, which was actually an over salted pork belly could have raised one's pressure in one bite. The the snapper was the most disappointing on the table; it poorly seasoned (which is putting it lightly) it lacked flavour and it was justified by the manager Natasha that is was "seasoned with a little salt and pepper! Which is a general seasoning for EVERYONE...." Imagine my surprise at her response when she defended this bland meal. What a way to start off my birthday celebrations!
I really thought that I would have had one to remember, but the memory of this one is...
Read moreDined in at Catherine’s for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. It was really quiet and the views and atmosphere was soothing. I got the falafel, crispy chicken thigh, and bread pudding with ice-cream. I loved how the veggies were prepared (corn salsa was a bit on the salty side) the chicken was juicy; however the falafel did not taste like traditional falafel, and the bread pudding was sweet. Service was a little bit slow, but nothing to puff about. There were two of us dining, and we asked for take away containers for the desserts. We first asked for the desserts to go, and they brought them to the table plated. We ate the icecream and asked for the bread pudding to go, but was told we could only get one box. Maybe Because we were locals? Places in Antigua tends to treat locals differently. Ended up leaving one of the desserts. The waitress felt bad, and asked if I would like for her to look for something to put it in, which leads me to believe they didn’t want to give the second take away for whatever reason. Maybe they are trying to save 20 cents? Im not sure. Either way I felt that they should have tried before telling me they couldn’t. I politely declined the request. I would give the restaurant a 4...
