What's worse, the workers or machines? It should be 0 stars. This is possibly the worst casino on planet earth. You are better off burning money then going here. All machines have 0 payout or bonuses that pays nothing. It's the same on every machine. It's not a real casino. They limit you to $100k peso/daily limit to withdraw. What a joke, the machines go up to $25k pesos a spin, but you will never get a bonus on that amount because this fake casino is full of people who bet 5 cents and the machines are set to 0 payout.

If you want to bet "big" they demand you show them 1 million pesos in cash or follow you to buy a ticket. What a disgrace and how sad that's how they treat there "rich" clients. Zero class and tasteless. Imagine if they did that in Vegas. It would never happen.

The service is so bad here I left without even having a desire to gamble, if you call it that. Absolutely disgusting environment and very rude workers and managers. Do not waste your time even stepping foot into this fake casino. They do not even give you free drinks in there fake "vip" room. It's a joke, all you can do is laugh. Go to Puerto Madero if you want a real casino with good service or gamble online, it's much better then wasting your time and money in a fake casino with 0 payout on every machine, trash everywhere and...

Visited this casino for 4 consecutive days. Initially I was impressed because the building is beautiful and there were a huge variety of machines. However after 4 days as an experienced player I can say, this is a casino that looks good but is a loser’s casino and has a very low pay out rate. Rarely does anybody win big prizes and people are losing constantly. In one machine my friend put ARS 150,000 and the machine didn’t pay out anything. Perhaps an isolated incident? But it happened all night to us and other players. The casino doesn’t have tables for roulette or card games so basically it’s a casino that is worth visiting just for the experience (photos/videos inside the casino are not permitted! - they don’t want anyone to say the truth in video form) don’t stay more the 30 minutes-1 hour or you will definitely lose! The owners must be incredibly greedy because despite people losing millions all night there is an incredible lack of staff. No one taking food or drink orders, no staff to fix your machine if it gets stuck, no one to help with anything. But they got plenty of security to make sure you don’t take photos or videos. Enjoy your losses. Casino Bueno Aires is a much better option if you...

This is a great place for a fun day out. The racetrack is huge and the building is classy and includes a casino. There was an Asado & Empanada festival in the park after the racing when I was here, so you could really treat yourself to very fine food and drink. The aroma of high quality barbequed meats in the air was intoxicating. You are expected to wear a collared shirt when being inside the casino hospitality area. It is nice to dress up fancy, but really it is not an expensive occasion. The entry to the racecourse is free and you can always place cheap bets. With a capacity of 50,000, it is the 2nd biggest racecourse in Argentina, and considered the most modern in South America. There are 120 race days per year here, and it also hosts regular fairs and music concerts. I will definitely...

I highly recommend any visitors to Buenos Aires visit the Palermo racetrack. We went on a Friday and it was relaxed and fun day. The races start at 2pm and go until 930pm. We easily got a table in a restaurant overlooking the grandstand, where we could order food and make bets without moving. You can also see the horses parade, as they run down the track before the race. Dress code is pretty casual, I wore heels and didn’t see many other women in heels. If you want to go into the deluxe area there’s a 12USD charge and you must have dress pants and a collared shirt and no sneakers. I loved it because the horses were beautiful, the grounds are lovely and it’s really easy going, it’s not too busy. Plus the gambling was fun!

One of the most underrated fun spots in BA. Check their website for when races run, especially weekends as the weekend schedule is sporadic. People are helpful if you are a tourist and don't know the betting protocol but not much different than anywhere. $3 peso minimum bets still in place after many years, so you can bet and not lose too much :) Historic spot where wealthy Argentines have always come to gather, although you can wear sweats and scream at the first pavillion closest to entrance on Dorrego. Tip: restaurant in the casino has cheap, good food. Slow day in photos because it's winter. Summer days are full but still fun.
