Staff was very kind and helpful. I adored the gentleman I think his name was Arsen at the breakfast area. I also really liked the lady at the Suna, pool area. All staff in general were very nice and accommodating.||Room was “okay”. The lighting in the room could be a bit dim, as it was bright white lining the whole ceiling. Was not at all pleasant to the eyes, especially the moment you wake up.. The standard room we booked was claimed to be “soundproof” but we heard people coughing through the walls and also the moans of couples making love. Not the most pleasant experience in the room tho we stayed for the purpose of snowboarding. The swimming pool was decent and they had both wet and dry sauna which was nice. ||Masks were not required in the vicinity of the hotel/area for guests which was a bit of a shock for me coming from dubai. ||Overall the hotel was well located, they have a bus service going to the ski resort every hour and nice restaurants were convenient to walk to. ||Overall was “elegant” enough and I would...
