Not sure if you can visit here most of the time, but if you're at one of the regular events as we were, especially if you have little kids or an unhealthy interest in miniature transport, this place is an incredible afternoon of good clean fun for a very modest price.

$6 entry fee for a large area with train sets, ride-on trains pulled by tiny but functional coal-fired stream engines and it's next to an actual train line (for reference).

Rides on the trains are free once you're in, there is coffee and hot chips and the grounds are perfect for a family picnic or birthday party.

The gardens are beautifully kept too.

There's clearly a lot of passion amongst the organisers to keep this place going, because there's no way that $6 would keep this place going as a commercial enterprise.

It's one of those finds that would be easy not to review so as to keep it for ourselves. Very special....

A Delightful Day at Sasmee Park! We had an awesome experience at Sasmee Park! My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved riding both types of miniature trains that run around the scenic pond. She was overjoyed and couldn’t stop talking about the rides, enthusiastically explaining every little detail to me. It was such a joy to see her so happy.

The park wasn’t just fun for kids—plenty of adults were also enjoying the train rides, making it a great outing for the whole family. Also, apart from online tickets, walk-in tickets were available too! It’s a value-for-money experience that delivers both fun and nostalgia. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Highly recommended for families with young children or anyone who loves trains and a relaxed,...

"Wonderful time at Sesame Park! We took our kid to a birthday party here and had an absolute blast! The toy trains and steam trains were a huge hit with the kids (and let's be honest, the adults too!).

The park is designed to bring out the kid in all of us, and it definitely succeeded. The atmosphere is playful and fun, making it an ideal spot for families.

We loved watching our kid's face light up as they explored the trains and park attractions. Highly recommend Sesame Park for a fun-filled day out with...

This mini train park is an absolute hidden gem! There are a couple of different train lines (and a tunnel) running various steam, diesel, and electric trains. It's top notch!! There is also a cute lake in the centre with model boats, a nice area under some gum trees for a picnic, and a nice little snack cafe. It's also adjacent two main train lines to boot 🚆🚇🚞
