Stunning lemongrass sliced turkey thigh! Chicken Made Easy is rightly associated with, well, chicken. Turkey is one of the most nutritious and leanest birds around, however, but the meat is challenging to access. This beautifully spiced and finely sliced thigh meat (which doesn't dry out like the breast) is melt-in-the-mouth fantastic and doesn't take long to cook.
