Freshwater Park located within Ascot Waters is a beautiful nature reserve. It also has a lake between the Swan River and the road which includes a lovely waterfall and lots of flora and fauna including many native plants. You can enjoy this Reserve all year round by taking a casual walk along the pathways and boardwalks which lead you around the lake and flowing streams into the lake and the Swan River. There are plenty of places to shade under a tree or plenty of park benches where you can sit and watch the day go by relaxing. There are also plenty of rubbish bins and disposable poop bags for your doggy if you took your dog for a walk and they made a mess. The pathways also have lights for night time that looks beautiful during the night. The park is overlooked by stunning double story if not triple story homes and the whole Reserve is such a stunning place. There is only street parking and only on one side of the road, so there's not a lot of parking...
