Went on luchbreak from seminar today (with 30 minutes to eat and get back to centre in hotel next door) myself and a fellow seminarian ordered two Banh mi, and waited, and waited, and waited......Two young ladies cooking, one guy greeting and taking orders, while jumping in & out to help with processing/dispatching food. Man appeared with obvious provisions /stock for kitchen, asked if anyone was waiting and proceeded to help. I let another five minutes pass (Uber eats seemed to take presidence over resident customers, a lot of which were students/tradies) then called the man who'd just joined the staff, asking when our order would be ready. He checked our buzzer numbers and replied "There's at least five orders in front of yours" I told him we were on the clock, and after the twenty minutes we'd spent waiting for food, we'd have less than 10 minutes to consume it. His reply of "Cant you see we're busy?" was almost quaint, almost..... I cannot rate the food, which looked very appetising, but the lack of service and insight as to why places like this fold every week, left me incredulous, and hangry.
