Photos on the website is better than real life so manage your expectations. There were a few pools but the main one where swimming is allowed is too deep for average person 1.5 to 1.8 meters. We tried the the tube slides once and never did it again cos it was so dark in the tunnel and the slides hurt our butts. Service at the cafe was probably the worst cos I ordered two coffee, there were 6 staff members working today and after the girl took my order, she joined her colleagues on the other end of the cafe and started to chat with them. My partner and I was waiting for nothing cos no one was making our coffee! It was only when I caught the attention of another girl and she then reminded the “barista” who took our order to make our coffee! Too expensive for an old water park and cafe staffs need to be retrained.

Nice little area for the little ones to play in including smaller slides. We took little tubes and the kids rode down the small slides. The large double tube ride has height restrictions so 3yo and 5yo couldn’t do that ride but could do the two other large slides with an adult. Only two of three showers working in the ladies area next to the entrance. Parking fills up quick. We managed to purchase our tickets online prior as it’s school holidays, price a little steep for a couple of hours but kids enjoyed it. Plenty of tables and chairs undercover to bring your own food, takeaway not permitted but small cafe onsite servicing coffee, fish and chips and some toasties and ice cream.

Great location for the family Christmas party this year. The kids were entertained all day, our booked function space and in a great location and fit everyone (21) comfortably. Staff were friendly and welcoming and life guards were polite and attentive. The line for drinks was quite long, maybe an extra staff member would have been able to reduce the time waiting for service but that would be it. Overall, a great day out for families for a great price.

I'm probably a bit biased because I'm just not used to city living, but if you like crowded dirty places this is a good place to hang out. If it wasn't for the fact we were meeting others there, I would have turned around and walked straight out. The 'leisure pool' as they call it, is all one pool, baby pool is joined on to a deep pool, and the whole thing is absolutely putrid. The water is cloudy and in the deep parts you cannot see the bottom of the pool. How would they know what's in there? I get it that they say this place is super busy and they get 1000 visitors a day, but seriously if the delapidated filtration system can't cope with that much filth, they need to limit how many people they let through the gate!!! If this place was clean and less crowded, we would have enjoyed it much more. There is a permeating odour of urine. Oh and also the staff were quite arrogant and rude. At one stage they tried to kick me out of the lap pool with my smaller children, but this was the only pool I felt safe in. The baby pool had poo in it, the deeper fun pool is over 1.5m so I couldn't safely play with my toddler in it, and they asked me to leave the lap pool and ramp cos it's only for laps apparently! I paid $78 for me and my kids to get in!!! And they try tell me I'm not entitled to swim in one of the cleaner pools that I could actually see through the water! If the councils around Brisbane could build 10 more of these sorts of fun parks, it would eleviate the load on this delapidated old heap. There is nothing else around anything like it, which is a crying shame, because water slides are such fun for kids and my older kids had so much fun on the slides. (Although wait times were hideous in the morning, did improve by about 3pm) We need more of these places built so they can be kept cleaner and...

Was a great waterpark. The staff refuse to replace a season pass from last year's $288 waterslide lagoon season pass bought early September 2024 with no mention waterpark was closed for council ordered safety assessment and repairs and was closed until the Xmas holidays not September Holidays and ev weekend after.. That is $144 of that pass scanned with no apology or refund... Last year they said they would replace it this year but they now are not ... I have spent hundreds per year for the kids and I to go as it is walking distance from our house and duh... so I've been a seasonal regular for 15years buying expensive Season WaterPark Passes every single September.. Last season 2024. The waterpark was closed until November nearly December and the water was filthy and staff rude about swimming laps or in the back pool when over 15 years I've spent upwards of $3000.00 more like $5000.00 on passes, entry, parties, food etc etc. I called this morning to ask for renumeration/compensation for last years $288 pass unusable for half the time with filthy water... She, Kim, a manager apparently offered nothing.. not even a refund.. a ridiculous attempt at fixing a royal mistake. I assumed they would replace the pass with a new one for this year especially after our loyalty over 15yrs. If they don't offer a full refund for last year or equivalent family season pass for this year free of charge as their slides and lagoon were offline till December holidays with waterslides and the lagoon was filthy all season last year I am not returning, sadly.. and we should start legal refund process for last year's season pass as a class action lawsuit. The comment from them below is from a compliment 5yrs ago,...

After being told on entry "there are lockers available" I then went over to find them.. I found I had to pay. The machine indicated - no change given. But stated nowhere on there how much they actually were, nor was I told this when paying my entry and informed of the lockers. Went back lined up again.. and asked the cost got $3 the correct amount. Machine still not working.. I found a staff member who said oh yeah they get too Hot in the sun and the screen turns off, ..he actually nicely pulled the thing Open and gave me a locker. After my swim I waited and waited to be served as no way of getting back into my manually opened locker myself. eventually got to the font of the cue where a lady said "yeah there not working we've called someone.. " I said yes I am aware they are not working, I Just need someone to open it for me like before. She yelled can we just not have lockers.. And the same helpful male did retrieve my belongings for me. The thing is, if clearly everyone is aware the lockers are broken, Don't offer people one! Put an Out of order sign up. And save yourselves and customer's the hassle. I also didn't need to hear your whining about having called someone and feeling like I burdened you by asking to get my things back. Also move them to the shade! It will then stop the issue. "The manager on duty" gave me a filthy look when I asked questions about goggles. The pool and especially the change rooms were dirty and smelt disgusting. Should have trusted the reviews. Definitely won't...
