I give this restaurant a 2 star rating - simply because I love their food.

But everything about this restaurant is an absolute pain. Terrible customer service, terrible website management, terrible Uber service.

They never answer the phone. For some reason their phone number doesn’t work on every phone (it says the number has been disconnected), but other phones work. Then if the number rings, they likely won’t pick up.

At least twice ordering Uber, food took 2 hours to arrive. I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. If I picked up - it would have taken 15 mins total for it to cook. I don’t have this issue so regularly with any other restaurant.

When you order food online, you will get smaller or lesser portions than if you picked up. 10/10 times ordering spring rolls through Uber, I get 3 spring rolls. 10/10 times picking up my order/calling ahead, I get 4.

A lot of the times the chicken portions through Uber is smaller also.

One time I ordered based on their websites price. I arrived to collect my order to be told their prices have been changed but they have not updated on their site - costing at least another $9, despite it being their mistake for not updating their website.

Anyways, clearly I eat here often, the girls are always nice & super helpful, the food is always amazing.

But ordering here is nothing shy of...

I gave this restaurant a 2 - Food=4; Service and customer experience =0 average that you get that rating. I went for lunch last Friday and the restaurant was packed. There's a signage in front of the restaurant "Please be wait to be seated" I stand there for good 10 mins and there's a group of teenage Europeans at my back and the staff let them seated first even there's a table that is vacant where I can be seated. This was just the first of the series of lack of customer service I experience with the staff. I'm ready to order and the staff said to me can you not read the sign in front of the counter that says "Order here". Ok fair enough my mistake I didn't see and read that but the tone of the voice and how it was delivered to me was plain rude! The food was serve in a timely manner which is good. The lady serve it to me was not happy I dunno if that's just the culture thing or she's not having a good day! If you're not having a good day don't vent it to your customers! I asked for a food container because I can't finished the food I order so I requested for one and they told me that I need to pay $0.50 for the takeaway container - Really?! that's it I had enough bad customer experience on this restaurant and I won't recommend it. The food is good by the customer experience was...

Had a late lunch here but not really a good experience.

We ordered a special combination beef noodle soup as every pho place should be good at this as least. However the soup is too salty and delivers a strong flavour of MSG. The beef is not tender and the soup is not served in an authentic way with some raw bean/s and some sorts.

The other dish is soft shell crab noodle soup. It is nothing bad. But personally I am not a fan of fish cakes.

On sides, we ordered the sugar crane prawns and surprisingly it’s not prawns. It comes with some deep fried fish and prawn mixed paste!!! And stocked to a sugar crane. So confusing and really a disaster taste.

When it comes to service, customers basically order over the counter yourself and they bring food to the table and that’s all. It’s understandable since this place is in the busy shopping centre.

Finally the food, service, furnishing can not match the price at all. One sides, two noodle soups and a water and a iced milk coffee cost me 55 bucks. Overall, I would not recommend this place and would never...

Update 23/10/22 Beef pho is not as good as it used to be. The betal leaf beef taste weird. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Been here twice, I think the foods are okay in my opinion. The beef pho is much better than I expected. The broth is clean, herbal and flavoursome. The chicken pho comparatively is less impressive, lacking a bit of flavour. The other foods we got are acceptable but nothing special. Many reviews were quite negative about the stir fried and sizzling dishes, also noticed many people ordered those dishes at the restaurant. This is a Vietnamese restaurant, do you think their specialty is Chinese foods? Come on. Get a bowl of beef pho or rice vermicelli noodle next time.

We visited a Vietnamese restaurant. Vietnamese food feels light and healthy. Today, I was physically exhausted, so I decided to eat Pho Noodle Soup. And I ordered a dish consisting of crispy chicken with rice. It was good that there were many seats and it was not crowded because it was after 2 o'clock when I visited. You can see the kitchen from outside. I liked the feeling that the chefs were talking and singing songs out of excitement. Kitchen work is hard, so I think I'm going to overcome it by singing a song. The portion size of the food is huge. The Crispy Chicken was a bit dry, but it helps if you eat it with the free sauce. Free sauces include hoisin, chili sauce, and chili oil.
