I have visited this nursery four times in an effort to support local business, but I will not be returning. The man working at the front is possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered, and I am baffled that he works on customer service. In my first encounter he refused to allow a small child to use the toilet, citing it was for employee use only. My most recent experience involved me trying to return a Grevillea (still in the nursery pot) that I purchased two weeks ago and that had failed to thrive. I was disappointed that the request to return was denied and whilst I did challenge this, I was never rude. I explained my reasons i.e. the plant was two weeks old and noted that it seemed strange for it to have died before even being planted (despite being watered). Read moreI took my elderly relative here today for mother's Day outing and at almost 80 she is a little slow walking. As she shuffled through an empty car space with me by her side we were rudely yelled at by an employee to "keep moving please" as a car had just entered the carpark and wanted the park we were walking through. The driver seemed happy enough to wait 30 seconds...I can't understand why the employee couldn't. Needless to say I left without spending a cent. Show some respect for...

The staff on my visit were friendly and gave some good advice and I did walk out with a plant.
